On the R59, after passing Boy Louw Road, take the Vanderbijlpark off-ramp.(R42) (STICK TO SPEED 120 km/h and 80km/h) Cross 3 robots, turn left at 4th one which is Frikkie Meyer Boulevard. (You’ll pass the following, then you’ll know you’re on the right road: Big Pick ‘n Pay, Technicon on left, Stadium on right, Top T Tiles on right.) In Frikkie Meyer (STICK TO SPEED 60 km/h), cross 2 robots, turn left at 3rd robot (you’ll know it’s the right robot when you see a “Checkers” center on the left hand corner in front of you. You are on your way to the Emerald Casino now. Turn left into Hendrik van Eck Boulevard at the next robot (the Dros will be on your right). Go past the first street on your left. At the very first stop street, turn left. (O’Kulus Street to the left and Fir Street to the right) Little Eden Guest Lodge is the third house on your left. Go around the corner (Danie Theron Street) for reception. Traveling from the N1 (From Johannesburg or Pretoria) Take the Vanderbijlpark off-ramp (R57) on the N1. Cross 1 stop street (4 way), Cross 3 robots (the last robot details: left – Vereeniging & Vaal Mall, right – Parys & Barrage, straight – Sasolburg). Travel towards Sasolburg. You’ll pass the first bridge (no off-ramps), at the second bridge, turn left (Vanderbijlpark-South/Suid - Ravel Street). Turn left on the bridge. You’ll cross 2 stop streets (First: 4 way, Second: 3 way). Cross 1 robot. (You are on your way to the Emerald Casino now). The Checkers center will be on your right hand side. Traveling from the River Side Hotel / Stonehaven When leaving the Riverside Hotel, turn left into Wenning Street. When leaving Stonehaven, cross the bridge and turn left in Wenning Street. At the 3way circle, turn right into Chopin Street. Cross 3 stop streets. You will drive into the back of the Checkers Centre. Turn left. At the robot (on the corner of the shopping centre (you will see Mimmo’s on your right), turn right. (You are on your way to the Emerald Casino now). The Checkers center will be on your right hand side. Turn left into Hendrik van Eck Boulevard at the next robot (the Dros will be on your right). Go past the first street on your left. At the very first stop street, turn left. (O’Kulus Street to the left and Fir Street to the right) Little Eden Guest Lodge is the third house on your left. Go around the corner (Danie Theron Street) for reception. Traveling from the University (NWU) When leaving the University, turn right towards town. At the 3rd stop street (4 way) turn right. Traveling from the Vaal Mall When leaving the mall at the Rossini exit, turn right into Rossini Blvd/ When leaving the mall at the Barrage (R42) exit, turn right and right again at the robot into Rossini Blvd Cross 3 way stop street. At the Robot, turn right into Frikkie Meyer Blvd At the Robot, turn left. Right into O'Kulus street. Little Eden Guest Lodge is on the corner of O'Kulus and Danie Theron Streets. |
